The Nigeria Community in Bayern, Germany, in conjunction with Kelvin’s Musik Promotions Limited and Velma Consulting & Professional Services, Abuja, are organizing the 2018 Nigerian Independence Celebration and the Nigeria/Germany Business Integration Forum event in Munich this year. It is a platform to inform the world in general, especially Nigerians in diaspora, about the good things happening at home in order to build partnership towards a sustainable future and peaceful world.

2018 Nigerian Independence Day Celebration

Nigerians living in Germany will have a unique opportunity to celebrate the country’s independence anniversary in a grand style. The 2018 Nigeria Independence event shall be a celebration of Nigerian culture, a unique opportunity to showcase our food, dressing, music and movies to the rest of the world.

The event shall promote cultural exchange and integration as foreign nationals from other parts of the world will be invited to join us celebrate the Nigerian culture on the occasion of our 58th Independence Day Anniversary.

Nigeria-Germany Business Integration Forum

There will also be a Business Integration Forum, where Nigerians willing to do business in Germany will meet Germans willing to do business in Nigeria.

The aim is to further improve the business relations between both companies in order to foster prosperity and economic emancipation of their respective citizens. An improved balance of trade between both nations will no doubt improve the standard of life of citizens.

For 2 days in October, 2018, the city of Munich will play host to heads of industries of Nigerian and German extracts from all over the world. Resource persons, delegates and foreign organizers will be hosted at some of the best hotels, adequate security as well as other logistics, including transportation and feeding, will be provided.

There will be side attractions as well, such as raffle draws, fashion parade/runway show, quiz competition and coordinated visits to significant sites in Germany.

The event will be headlined by Port Harcourt 1st Son and UN Peace Ambassador, Duncan Mighty. He will be supported by other Nigerian artists based at home and abroad.
